Gilliam Place: 918 S. Lincoln St. & 3507 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA 22204
Anticipated Completion of the New Building
Move-ins are currently expected to begin in Summer 2019 and will continue for at least 6 months.

How to Submit a Wait-list Application
The Gilliam Place leasing office will begin accepting waitlist applications at 10:00am on Monday, March 18, 2019. You can find a link to the application here. Paper copies of the waitlist application will be available at Buchanan Gardens Apartments (926 S. Buchanan Street, Arlington, VA 22204), Marbella Apartments (1301 N. Queen Street, Arlington, VA 22209) and The Springs Apartments (555 N. Thomas Street, Arlington, VA 22203).
There are three ways to submit a waitlist application:

- By email: gilliamplace@slnusbaum.net
- By mail: Gilliam Place Apartments, PO Box 41450, Arlington, VA 22204
Waitlist applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Staff will pick up mail from the P.O. Box daily, and those applications will be time stamped according to the date and time of the pick-up. Applications sent by fax and by email will be timestamped electronically, and those timestamps will determine the order of receipt.
Please keep in mind that applications for residency at APAH properties are competitive, with more applications received than apartments available. Please visit our Upcoming Properties page to learn more about additional projects in our pipeline.
Interest List
Note: signing up for the interest list is not the same as submitting a waitlist application. Signing up for the interest list means that you are signing up to receive updates about the property through the end of the initial leasing stage at Gilliam Place. APAH encourages everyone who is interested in an apartment at Gilliam Place to sign up for the Gilliam Place interest list AND to submit a waitlist application on or after March 18, 2019.
