APAH exists to provide quality affordable housing and resident-centered programming to help our residents make the most of their home. We believe a stable home is paramount, but not exclusive, to a happy, productive life. The affordable homes we provide as well as our resident services programming are both meant to meet residents where they are and to propel residents' efforts to achieve their personal and professional goals, whatever they may be. Our work is done in partnership with local government, community organizations, program experts, and residents themselves. Together, we bring opportunities and resources to our residents that will provide long-term stability.
