Construction is well underway at APAH’s Marbella and Arna Valley View apartments in Arlington. The rehabilitation project will upgrade and preserve the long-term affordability of 163 units and renovate common areas for residents.

At both Arna Valley View and Marbella, renovations will increase energy efficiency, upgrade interior finishes, provide repairs, and modernize resident amenities. The project includes window replacement, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, new flooring, cabinetry, and appliances, as well as new energy recovery ventilators to increase air quality.

The renovations began in January 2023 and are expected to finish in early 2024. Households are temporarily relocated during construction, but some residents are scheduled to return to their renovated apartments as soon as next month.
