Ahead of this year’s November elections, APAH has partnered with the Arlington NAACP to go door-to-door at APAH properties to update voter registration and to provide information about early voting. Stellar NAACP volunteer Benedetta Kessel has led the efforts to canvass 6 of APAH’s Arlington properties – Gilliam Place, Columbia Hills, The Springs, Queens Court Parc Rosslyn, and Arlington Mill – with over 1,100 units.  Volunteers will also canvass Buchanan Gardens on August 29^th and other properties throughout the upcoming months.

This year, we will elect local, state, and federal leaders who make critical decisions about planning and funding for affordable housing.
