Groundbreaking: Ballston Station

Weather permitting, APAH will break ground on the new Ballston Station building in January 2022. This property will be located on the lot previously occupied by the Central United Methodist Church, across the street from the Ballston-Marymount University Metro station. Ballston Station will be a mixed-use project with 144 affordable apartments co-located with a new setting for Central United Methodist Church, and a community service center.
