Here are resources and information to help keep your household healthy and safe during the pandemic.

Please practice social distancing at all APAH properties and whenever you are outside of your apartment by maintaining a safe 6-foot distance between you and others. If your building has an elevator, please limit occupants to one household only.

Rent and EvictionRent and Evictions: Rent IS still due, contact resident services for assistance | you can still be evicted for other lease violations | if you lost your job county assistance may be available but documentation will be required | talk to your property manager!

APAH always works with residents to the best of our ability to keep families in their homes, but have expanded these efforts during the pandemic.

Please remember that rent is still due. If you are unable to pay all or a portion of your rent, please contact your leasing office as soon as possible. We remain committed to working with you to keep you in your housing, now and in the future, but it is important that you continue to pay rent if you can.
