APAH’s annual Spring Fests are community building events where neighbors from diverse backgrounds celebrate the changing of the season together. In 2024, APAH’s Resident Services team hosted events onsite at Queens Court, Oakwood Meadow, Arlington Mill, Columbia Hills and Grove, and The Springs, and welcomed residents from across the portfolio. Events consisted of scavenger hunts, plant workshops, arts and crafts, and more. Families enjoyed food and games plus a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny. Happy Spring!
