Here you’ll find information about the apartments, as well as how to submit a wait-list application for residency. Wait-list applications are not being accepted until 2019. Gilliam Place: 3507 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA 22204
Construction and tenant occupancy is expected for late 2019.
Please note: the development is still under construction and interested renters may NOT enter the building or construction site.
How to Submit a Wait-list Application
We are not accepting applications until 2019.
Information about how to submit a wait-list application will be listed here no fewer than 30 days in advance of the first day that applications will be accepted. APAH recommends that those who are interested in renting at Gilliam Place sign up here to receive an email notification or check this page at least once a month to ensure information is not missed. Signing up does NOT add you to any list other than an email list.
Keep in mind, applications for residency at APAH properties are competitive, with many more applications received than apartments available.
