Because we work closely with partners to access diverse and highly efficient financing models for our projects, we are leaders in hybrid financing. In fact, we were the first developer in Virginia to propose hybrid financing – combining the 9% and 4% LIHTC programs to maximize equity – to Virginia Housing Development Authority. Our real estate team has a wealth of expertise in complex projects, not only in Low-Income Tax Credits, but also multifamily project management, and asset management.

APAH is based in Arlington, VA and serves the DC Metro region with current or upcoming properties in Loudoun and Arlington County, VA and Montgomery County, MD. We have active pipeline development projects in Fairfax, and Arlington Counties in Virginia.  We are looking to grow our development pipeline across the DC Metro region.
