Volunteers Honor Martin Luther King with Day of Service at APAH’s Columbia Grove Apartments

AmlkLogorlington, VA (January 16, 2015) – The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) will welcome 75-100 volunteers to participate in the MLK Day of Service at APAH’s Columbia Grove Apartments on Monday, January 19. Volunteers from local businesses and the community will join Columbia Grove residents to remove invasive species and collect litter throughout the eight-acre site of this 14-building garden apartment community. There will be opportunities for service learning during a noon-time program and a children’s art project.
