APAH Resident Services Coordinator, Kelley Vallecillo, has held several events for residents at the property, including a brunch meet & greet, Loudoun County Public Library pop up event, a bingo event, and a Holiday Budgeting webinar. Leasing is expected to be completed by the end of the year, and when fully leased, the property will be home to 98 households of independent seniors. APAH co-developed the building with E&G Group, who together will officially celebrate the grand opening of the building early next year. The property is located at Bartholomew Fair Drive in Sterling Virginia, close to shopping and retail amenities at the Potomac Run Plaza and Cascades Overlook Town Center.
