How to Submit a Wait-list Application
We are not accepting applications until spring 2018.
Information about how to submit a wait-list application will be listed here no fewer than 30 days in advance of the first day that applications will be accepted. APAH recommends that those who are interested in renting at Columbia Hills sign up here to receive an email notification or check this page at least once a month to ensure information is not missed. Signing up does NOT add you to any list other than an email list.
Keep in mind, applications for residency at APAH properties are competitive, with more applications received than apartments available. Please visit our Upcoming Properties page to learn more about additional projects in our pipeline.
*Due to technical issues, if you signed up for the interest list between January 8 and February 21, 2018 your information was not captured and we ask that you resubmit your information.
