Apartamentos de Columbia Hills: Información para Futuros Residente

Updated May 1, 2018

Welcome! If you’re interested in being a potential resident in APAH’s upcoming Columbia Hills Apartments, you’ve found the right page. Here you’ll find information about the apartments, as well as how to submit a wait-list application for residency.

Anticipated Completion

Move-ins are currently expected to begin in the last quarter of 2018 and will continue for at least 6 months.

Please note: the development is still under construction and interested renters may NOT enter the building or construction site.

How to Submit a Wait-list Application

The Columbia Hills leasing office will begin accepting waitlist applications at 10:00am on Monday, June 4, 2018. You can find a link to the application here. Paper copies of the waitlist application will be available at Buchanan Gardens Apartments (926 S Buchanan Street, Arlington, VA 22204) and at Marbella Apartments (1301 N Queen Street, Arlington, VA 22209).

There are three ways to submit a waitlist application:

  1. By fax: 703-910-5084
  2. By email: columbiahills@slnusbaum.net
  3. By mail: Columbia Hills Apartments, PO Box 41450, Arlington, VA 22204

Waitlist applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Staff will pick up mail from the P.O. Box on a daily basis, and those applications will be time stamped according to the date and time of the pick-up. Applications sent by fax and by email will be timestamped electronically, and those timestamps will determine the order of receipt. Applications emailed or faxed prior to 10:00am on June 4th will not be received. The email and fax number will not work prior to June 4th at 10am. The first pick up from the mailbox will be on June 4th, 2018 at noon.

Keep in mind, applications for residency at APAH properties are competitive, with more applications received than apartments available. Please visit our Upcoming Properties page to learn more about additional projects in our pipeline.

Interest List

Please remember that signing up for the interest list is not the same as submitting a waitlist application.  Signing up for the interest list means that you are signing up to receive updates about the property through the end of lease up at Columbia Hills.  APAH encourages everyone who is interested in an apartment at Columbia Hills to sign up for the Columbia Hills interest list AND to submit a waitlist application on or after June 4, 2018.
