With the devastation of the pandemic still raging throughout our communities, our residents at APAH have been among those most impacted. Unemployment, high rates of COVID-19 infections, and multiple demands on families have left many needing assistance beyond housing and food. APAH will now accept in-kind donations of essential items to be distributed at our properties. Please see list of items needed, drop off locations and times. Please limit your donation to the items listed below as we do not have space or capacity to accept other items.

For purposes of hygiene and dignity, we ask that all items are new, unopened, and unused. Thank you!

• Lysol spray
• Laundry Detergent
• Bleach
• Bleach alternatives
• Dryer sheets
• Masks (children and adults)
• Hand sanitizer
• Anti-bacterial hand soap
• Facial tissue
• Toilet paper (4 rolls pack)
• Toothpaste
• Toothbrushes (individual pack)
• Floss or floss picks
• Body soap/wash
• Body lotion
• Deodorant
• Feminine hygiene products (Learn about Project P)
• Diapers & Wipes
• Rubbing alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide
• First aid kits
• Paper towels (2pack or individual rolls)
• Dish washing liquid
• Disinfectant wipes
• Garbage bags

Drop-off: Mondays from 12pm – 3pm & Thursdays from 10am – 3pm at APAH’s office at 4318 N. Carlin Springs Road, Arlington, VA 22203
